No, you may give us permission to enter your unit.
No, you do not need to be home for a service technician to perform work in your apartment. However, we do require your permission to enter in order to complete the necessary repairs or maintenance. Please let us know if you prefer a specific time for the work to be done or if there are any special instructions.
You may call, email, or put in a work order in on your Rent Café portal.
You are welcome to come to the office during business hours to pick up a copy of the key. If you need access after hours and we are available, we can meet you to open the door. However, please note that since this is not considered an emergency, if we are unavailable after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith at your own expense.

Yes, our community has a 50 lbs weight limit for dogs as well as certain breed restrictions. Please contact our community for more information.
No, we do not have a dog park at The Glens.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments at The Glens Apartments.
The pool at The Glens Apartments is chlorine.
You are assigned one designated parking space. All other open spaces without numbered markings are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.
Community amenities include: 3 Swimming Pools, Spa, Carport Parking Available, Barbecue Area, Laundry Facility, Online Rental Payment, Onsite Management and Maintenance, 1 Assigned Parking Space. For a full list of our community and apartment amenities, please visit our Amenities page.

Yes, we do have a lease break fee option.
Before move in you will set up PGE for gas and electricty. We will set you up on Yes Energy which is water, sewage and trash.

We are located in the San Jose Unified School District.

Generally, we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, and we have community guidelines in place to ensure quiet hours during the evening. However, as with any community, some level of noise may be expected. If you ever have concerns about noise, feel free to reach out, and we'll address them promptly.
There are no washer / dryer hookups in the units.

Yes, you may decorate the apartment as you'd like, as long as you restore it to its original condition when you move out. If you're unsure about any changes or decorations, feel free to check with the office to ensure they are okay.

• We allow indoor cats and *dogs. Maximum of two pets per apartment: 2 cats, or 1 dog and 1 cat.
• Dog allowed with an additional $500 deposit.
